CPA.Simon Vumilia

Managing Partner-Audit and Advisory Services

CPA.Simon started a carrier as Auditor in 2007 with Baker DGP Patel, a member of Baker Tilly International. And later joined TAC Associates (Predecessor of Tanzania Audit Corporation) which was then replaced by (National Audit of Tanzania (NAOT) before venturing into an Audit Firm Green Mark International. CPA.Simon is the member of National Board of Accountants and Auditors (NBAA), Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA), and Tanzania Institute of Bankers (TIOB).

CPA.John Muyegeta

Lead Partner -Audit and Advisory Services

CPA.John is Associate Public Accountant in Public Practice (ACPA_PP), holds a M.Sc. Finance from the University of Strathclyde (Scotland) funded by Commonwealth (Commonwealth Alumni) and bachelor’s degree in Accounts from Institute of Finance Management with first class classification. After graduating, CPA. John has worked at GSM Group since 2017 to August 2023 and TAC Associate, one of the largest local auditing firm in Tanzania prior to starting own practice, Green Mark International.

CPA.Frank Joachim

Manager-Consultancy services

Frank Joachim has vast experience in finance, accounting, financial reporting, investment analysis, banking, Real Estate investments, tax planning, tax health checks, and tax consult and business management advisory services for small, larger and multinational organization. He started carrier as investment banker as Investment Specialist with US Bank ltd in Minneapolis Minnesota and then as Operation Manager with Mamre Service a company deals with real estate investments, commodity and currency trading.

CPA.Cecilia Makwaya

Audit Senior

A Certified Public Accountant (CPA(T)) with 7 years of experience of which 6 are in Accounting, Auditing, Finance and Taxation and a year of experience in banking field. Working with both government and private entities during the years led to better understanding on all these sectors. The entities consist of both local and multinational hence granted opportunity to learn and understand on how different the two are and best way to operate in both.
